1. Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra
If you're looking for the top robot vacuum and mop that has cutting-edge features you should look no further than the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra. This high-end vacuum is fast and agile, and it picked up pet hair and human dander almost flawlessly in our Debris Pickup Test. It also comes with a stylish interface that includes a mini map of your house and a few buttons on the screen to allow manual control.
Another notable characteristic of the S8 is its ability to alter its cleaning mode according to the amount of dirt it encounters thanks to its Dirt Detection Technology. It will pause and wash its mopping pad more often when it encounters dust, while it will prioritize carpeted areas to mop with a damp pad.
The mop roller comes with a number of other smart features, including docks that can be connected to your home's plumbing system to clean and wash it without needing to refill the mop. You can also use voice commands with the S8's built-in voice assistant using the phrase "Hey Rocky" to specify the cleaning of your room, modes, and granular controls with your voice.
2. Yeedi Cube
If you're looking for a hands-free robot automatic vacuum and mop robot that has mopping capabilities The Yeedi Cube is one of the more versatile alternatives. It's among the many combo robot vacuums with mopping features that are also available at a lower cost than the competition.
Like many robovacs Yeedi Cube requires a little bit of work in order to get started, including creating an account on the official app of the manufacturer and connecting it to your WiFi network. Once you've done that, the machine will begin vacuuming and mopping effortlessly.
It is important to note that mapping takes quite a while and it could take a few tries before the Yeedi Cube has an accurate picture of your space. Additionally, object detection can be unpredictable; it was able to skirt furniture and other obstacles but was stuck on a loose tassel rug and had to flip itself over to free itself. But these are minor issues and the Yeedi Cube is still a great option for those who need an all-in-one cleaner.
3. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete
The Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete is a home cleaning solution. Its innovative mopping feature an inclination that is similar to hand scrubbing which results in floors that are genuinely cleaned and not just cleaned. The detachable vacuum stick is a game changer that can reach places even robot vacuums can't.
This model is nearly identical to the popular X2 Omni but with a slightly higher suction capacity of 8,700Pa and additional smart features. The upgraded RGBD sensor is able to learn your home's layout better and provide dynamic obstacle avoidance. The smart app lets you modify the settings of your choice such as scheduling, AI cleanings, and setting virtual boundaries.
The X2 Combo is also self-prepping and has both the robot vacuum as well as the mop returning to their charging station after each task to clean their pads and empty their dust bins, and put the waste in bags that self-seal. This helps keep the system tidy and stops allergens from returning to the system. And its battery life is long enough to cover large areas without requiring a recharge mid-clean.
4. Eufy S1 Pro
As one of the more top-quality robot vacuums and mop models that we have reviewed, the Eufy S1 Pro offers impressive features for its price. It comes with a powerful 8,000 Pa suction power as well as a rotating brush for hard floors and carpets and an excellent obstacles-avoiding. It also has an innovative mopping system that uses a roller that is continuously filled with water to pick up dirt and deposit it in the dirty water tank.
Its navigation technology was effective and was able to navigate close to walls without falling and staying clear of stairs. However, it had trouble with fine engrained debris and didn't always clear raised room thresholds. The operating noise level is also relatively high, which suggests it could be less of a "set-and-forget" model than some.
The S1 Pro, like most robotic vacuums, is equipped with docking technology that allows it to refill its clean water, empty the dustbin as well as wash and dry the mop, and then empty its mop pad. This makes upkeep easy and allows the S1 Pro to spend more time cleaning floors in regular schedules. Eufy's application lets you control all its functions. It provides clear information and plenty of options for configuration.
5. Freo X Ultra
The Freo X Ultra is one of the best robot mowers and vacuums available, and it provides amazing mixed vacuuming and mopping performance. The LIDAR mapping sensors can detect furniture legs, obstacles, and other obstacles with a reasonable precision. The application allows users to adjust the coverage of the map, establish no-go zones, or modify their cleaning preferences. The Freo's roller brush is designed to stop hair from wrapping itself around it. This is an issue with a lot of robotic vacuums.
The Mop Mode also impresses, with Reuleaux triangular mop heads that spin at 180 RPM, while applying up to 12N downward pressure. The mopping system is equipped with smart carpet detectors, which lift the pads up when they are near soft surfaces to avoid contamination.
The docking station is an unmanned maintenance center that is able to wash and dry the mops, then refills them with detergent and distillate water. The base station features an integrated dust processing system that compacts dust, which allows for seven weeks of maintenance-free operation.
6. S10
This robot is just a few hundred dollars more expensive than the S8 and does an excellent job of keeping my office tidy. It also has the ability to reach the corners of my tiny apartment. It uses laser mapping and a camera to make a map of your space which allows it to know where to stay away from. It has an object/obstacle detector that can block things like dog bowls and toys (but not Poop) unlike other vacuums.
Other amazing features include a self emptying dustbin as well as a mop that's self-washing, adjustable to water temperature, and a side-reaching mops that can reach areas that other mops cannot reach. You can also set your own cleaning schedule within the app and adjust the settings for each room of your home.
Like the S8, it has multi-room smart mapping, and can differentiate between laminate, carpets and hardwood with high-pile rugs. It also lets you skip mopping rooms that are not filthy if you're trying to reduce time. It's an excellent option for those who have a variety of flooring in your home but do not want to invest the money to buy Roborock. Roborock with advanced mapping features.
7. Q5 Pro
This robot vacuum with mop is a great choice if you are looking for a versatile robot that can perform regular daily maintenance and touch-ups for messy water stains. It comes with a wide range of features such as a self-emptying dustbin as well as a dock that can be used for refilling water, as well as adjustable settings through the app. It's extremely quiet and can easily maneuver around furniture legs or socks. It's unable to pick up tangled rug tassels up, and its battery drains more quickly than other models we test.
With a cost of less than $250 it's the Q5 Pro is a bargain-friendly powerhouse that packs serious suction and a handy automation into a slick design. It didn't do as well in our mopping and mopping tests as the pricier Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra however it did extremely well overall. It also comes with a selection of cleaning options to suit your needs, ranging from the low-power 'Quiet' mode for lightweight debris to the more robust 'Turbo' mode that is ideal for carpeted rooms. It can even be programmed to automatically remove and replace its mop pads without getting your carpets wet.
8. K10 Plus
The K10 Plus is an excellent robot mop and vacuum that can be used in smaller spaces. It's silent and fast, and it can navigate tight spaces with ease. It also does a very good job of removing pet hair out of carpeting.
It's smaller than most of its rivals however it doesn't compromise features. It has decent suction power and can be set to take photos of each object it chooses (i.e. chew toys, socks), and mark them in the app as 'not located', so that they are not picked up again during future cleanings. Its photos are encrypted, and aren't tied to your account.
It is capable of vaccuming, but it isn't as effective at mopping. It uses disposable wipes that are clipped to the bottom of the bot and drags them across your floor. Compare this to the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra and Narwhal models, which come with water reservoirs that automatically wash and reattach their mopheads.
