The Roomba is simple to set up and use. It is compatible with Alexa and Google Assistant, and can be controlled through the iRobot Genius App. Using the app, you can choose to start and stop cleaning, determine the duration it should be able to spend on each task and then create a timetable.

During our testing we found that the iRobot Roomba J7+ cleaned flooring and area rug surfaces in the foyer, family room and kitchen with no problem. It was quiet and listened to us as it worked. The decibel meter recorded only 64db during operation. It took approximately 90 minutes to complete one cleaning, and its battery required an hour and 58 minutes to recharge following the cleaning. You can also expand your iRobot ecosystem by using the Combo j7, which allows you to pair it with the iRobot mop m6 and let one mop while the other one moves around the room.

Dyson 360 Viz Nav

The Dyson 360 Viz Nav is the best automatic vacuum robot vacuum cleaner for anyone living in a multi-floor house. This model can create maps for several floors and save them into the app. It is then easy to move between spaces without having the setup process repeated. The robot can also be controlled via voice, and can be controlled by Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant.

Dyson has taken a different approach to obstacle detection than other robot vacs, using sensors and cameras. A panoramic camera mounted on the robot's top, along with 26 sensors external, help create an outline of the robot vacuums best's movements. This allows the robot to avoid furniture and obstacles.

In our tests, we observed that the Dyson 360 Vis Nav could reach all the way to baseboards and edges, and could navigate through furniture with tight corners. The vacuum also pulled the bin out easily and quickly, reducing cleanup time by half.

However the Dyson 360 Viz Nav didn't perform as well as other robots in our obstacle-avoidance test. It had a tough time with a drying rack that it repeatedly tried to scoot under, eventually becoming stuck and disrupting the cleaning cycle. It also struggled to evade some taller pieces of furniture, like the coffee table or a chair. The Dyson 360 Vis Nav also isn't able to climb stairs, which is a problem for many people who live in multi-story homes.

Roborock

Roborock robot vacuum cleaners provide high-end cleaning features that are an upgrade from the other. They have dual mop heads that spin while pressing down to effortlessly lift staining. They also automatically lift when vacuuming carpets, to keep streaks of dirt from being left behind and re-clogging the vacuum with dirt. They can suction up to 5,500 Pa which is superior in the removal of dirt and dust. They also have smart water flow controls to ensure the right amount of moisture is absorbed by each floor type.

It can also be programmed for weekly repetition. The RCV 5 is a good robot cleaner with a suction capacity of 2500 pascals. It can clean both hard and soft flooring and can reach into corners and underneath furniture with low levels.

Like many modern robots, the RCV 5 has a smartphone-powered application known as Karcher Home Robots. It can be used to start cleaning and manage home maps. It's also possible to set up virtual walls and zones within which the RCV 5 isn't able to drive, and numerous other controls.
