The VertuoLine is a more recent line that makes use of more sophisticated techniques and specifications. It is more efficient than the OriginalLine. They have a wider selection of brew sizes like 0.85 ounces of ristretto and 1.35 ounces for double espresso. They also have a faster process known as centrifusion, which rotates the pods at 7,000 RPM to allow more water to pass for better extraction.

VertuoLine, in addition to improving technology, has increased the number capsules that are reusable and introduced an environmentally friendly packaging system. They currently use an 80% recycled aluminum in their coffee capsules and they are determined to increase the amount of recycled and low carbon virgin aluminum in their future products.

Vertuoline machines use a different pod system that is different from the OriginalLine. The pods are marked with barcodes which the machines read to determine the size of the beverage (ristretto or cappuccino) and then add the appropriate amount of water. This eliminates the requirement for an additional container of milk and makes it easier to make the perfect espresso or coffee machine professional.

Vertuoline machines are better in terms of quality. They create crema that resembles the thick foam that is found in the coffee shop, as opposed to the lighter Crema produced by the OriginalLine machines. The OriginalLine machines have the most flavor, however, because they produce 19 bars of pressure in order to extract the flavor from the espresso ground.

The latest VertuoLine machine uses a process called Centrifusion that rotates the capsules faster and more equally than the Original Line machine. This improves the speed of water infusion and enhances the quality of the beverage. It comes with a large water tank of 1 liter, and a container for used capsules that can hold nine to eleven capsules. It does not automatically flush capsules that have been used after brewing, but it is possible to raise and lower the holder.

The machine is simple to operate and the sleek design makes it easy to clean. This model has an option to descale, but there is no dedicated indicator or button and the process can be confusing.
