Best Robot Vacuum and Mop Combos

Robot vacuums and mop are getting more powerful. They pass our cleaning tests, and can handle a variety of flooring. Choose models that permit users to select between different modes, including self-emptying and clean stairs.

A lot of the top models integrate with your smartphone. Look for an app that allows you to save maps, schedules, and choose cleaning modes.

1. Eufy Omni S1 Pro

The gloss black and gunmetal Omni S1 Pro from Eufy is one of most impressive robot vacuum that mops vacuums and mop combinations available. It uses lidar for navigation making maps of rooms and floors.

When I tried the S1, it was able to identify our downstairs, which has laminate flooring in the kitchen, dining room and bathrooms, as well as medium-pile carpeting and a large area rug. It easily drove close to walls without hitting them, and was able to drive across thresholds for rooms that are raised without problem, but it sometimes had trouble navigating down stairs in a single pass. The S1 performed admirably in cleaning hard floors. Its mop moved smoothly on its flat side and raised itself when it was near carpets or carpets.

The S1's docking station automatically empties its trash bin and fills its water tank on board with clean, ozonated water before each mopping session. The dock also adds a cleaning solution into the water to ensure deep cleaning. The S1 water tank can be able to accommodate 12 cleaning sessions, but it will differ dependent on how often you use the mop.

The S1 needs periodic maintenance, just like any other 2-in-1 robots. To do this, you'll need to wash the dirty water tank occasionally to avoid it from clogging. It is also necessary to clean your sensor and swivel wheel frequently to avoid them becoming clogged up with dust or dirt. Overall the S1 requires less maintenance than other combos.

2. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete

Ecovacs All-in-one robotic vacuum and mop provides a powerful solution for cleaning. The robot vacuum is rated at 8,700Pa of suction, and comes with many innovative features, such as full home mapping, voice control and smart path-planning that avoids obstacles and cleans furniture. The mopping feature is remarkable, with mops rotating that actually lift and scrub the floor instead of simply dragging the pad across it. The mops are cleaned and dried in the base station as required.

This robot combination is simple to setup and use, with a simple interface that walks you through the procedure. It includes an electric hand vacuum that can be recharged to reach those areas the robot vacuum reviews can't reach and two water tanks that are automatically empty and replenished as required. It comes with a variety of useful settings that allow you to fine tune your cleaning preferences.

The Deebot X2 Combo Complete is a good vacuum cleaner. It has a powerful suction which can easily pick up dirt and other debris that other robots have trouble with. Its navigation capabilities are solid as well, though it does sometimes get hung up on the small area mats or rugs that I have in my house (which is something you can reduce by creating a virtual boundary in the application). Mopping capabilities are very good, with a pair spinning mops which can lift and scrub the floor instead of simply moving the pad across it. The mops are also cleaned using heated water and dried in the base station when required. The mops can also be replenished at the top of the station as they are required.

3. Dreame X40 Ultra

Dreame launched the high-end X30 Ultra earlier this year and their new top-of-the-line robot mop and vacuum comes with more impressive features. It delivers outstanding cleaning results and is simple to maintain. This makes it a worthy contender for our list of the best mops and robot vacuums. Its superior mapping capabilities, RGB AI smart recognition, and an extended side brush guarantee a thorough, custom-designed clean.

The X40 Ultra vacuums well, removing both fine and large debris. It is a great choice on carpets and hard floors. It also cleaned the dirtiest areas well, keeping pet hairs from getting caught in knots and other dirt. The sweeping capabilities are augmented by an additional side brush that automatically swings out to tackle hard-to-reach corners, and an extendable mop pad that deploys alongside baseboards.

Its navigation is smart that can navigate tight spaces and climbing stairs without missing a beat. It is able to move from one room to the next without needing to reverse the direction. This is useful for homes that have multiple rooms. Its obstacle avoidance is less advanced than that of some competitors and leaves a large space between obstacles. This can lead to miss-hit spots.

The interface of the app is simple and well-organized. It should be easy to use by both novice and experienced users. The app lets you schedule and manage cleanings. You can also alter suction power, mop settings as well as view 3-D and 2D maps. It is accessible via the app, Alexa, Google Assistant, or Siri which allows you to keep an eye on its progress from anywhere. You can even remotely control the X40 Ultra camera for real-time monitoring. However, you will need a stable Wi-Fi connection to operate it through the app and external controls.

4. Roomba Q5 pro

Robot vacuums are great at picking up dirt and debris but they aren't able to reach every speck of dust. It's essential to clean your home regularly, once a week. This is especially important for dust that accumulates in corners, on shelves, and in crevices in your couch. Roborock's Q5 Pro, a 2-in-1 robot cleaner that both vacuums and mop, is designed to do exactly that. It is easy to connect to your home Wi-Fi network and it works with Alexa or Apple Siri.

The Q5 is a stripped-down version of the more expensive models in the S-series from the company, such as the flagship Roborock S8 maxV ultra. It has the same LIDAR mapping sensors, however it is cheaper because it doesn't come with mopping capabilities and has an aluminum body.

The Q5 remains one of the most powerful mopping and vacuums we've ever seen at this price, despite not being able to clean your floor. It has a powerful suction of 5500Pa and an automatic-empty system, so you don't have to empty the bin by hand each time. It also has a clever application that lets you choose your floor type and schedule cleanings. It also has an automatic water tank refill and wash system for hands-free operation.

The mops are also quite impressive, with 2700Pa of power that can tackle dust, dirt and pet hair on both carpets and hard floors. The Q5 is one of the few robots we test that didn't have problems with carpets with high piles or area rugs, but it couldn't pick up cables or kitty litter and cable tangles, which isn't a surprise since it does not include AI-powered obstacle avoidance.

5. K10 Plus

K10 Plus is one of the most quiet robovacs that we've tested. It also uses a unique system to map your home. This really helps it get into corners and tight spaces that other vacuums cannot reach. This device also collects more dust in the bin, which means you don't have to empty it as often. It also has washable filters, which further reduces costs. This robot vacuum that mops can detect carpets, and increase suction if needed. The app allows you to mark off areas that you want it to avoid, which is a nice feature.robotic-vacuum-cleaner-cleaning-the-room-while-wom-2024-11-07-13-20-10-utc-min-jpg-original.jpg
