Lazy Sunday is an easy roast that is easy to drink. It mellows and becomes a warm hug to your senses. The cocoa bean from Latin America is used to smooth the brew while Africa adds citrus notes for balance. The result is a coffee which can be enjoyed on its own or paired with cake, milk chocolate and other sweets. It would also compliment lemon drizzle cakes or simple vanilla sponges well.

We recommend using the French Press method to brew this coffee. Heating your vessel by adding water that has just boiled will keep it warm. After brewing, let the coffee beans 1kg sit for 4 minutes. This will ensure that the grounds have been filled with water and are not being over-extracted. The water is then forced through the grounds by the plunger, do not stir or stir the coffee, this can result in unpleasant components in your cup.
