Lightest Double Stroller
If you're looking for a light double buggy for twins-stroller, its folded dimensions and weight are key factors to consider. Selecting a stroller that is simple to use and compact when not when not in use makes it much easier to place into the trunk of your car, and to maneuver through airport gates and foreign streets.
The most lightweight strollers have an easy, light fold and self-standing mechanism that helps reduce the strain on parents' bodies. Many strollers have multiple seating configurations and some are able to accommodate infant car seats.
Kolcraft Cloud Plus
Designed for the family who are always on the move. lightweight double buggy with a convenient one-hand compact fold. All-terrain wheels and front suspension as well as a multi-position reclining seat accommodate children up to 50 lbs. The tray for parents and children as well as a large storage bin and a three-tiered canopy that has a the peekaboo window offer maximum sun protection.
The Cloud received one of the lowest scores on our tests of quality due to its flimsy design with hard plastic seats, and a design that is outdated. It's also expensive compared to other lightweight strollers which is why it's not a good choice in the event you're looking for a low-cost alternative.
It's not the tiniest stroller, but it has enough features to be worth considering. Its swiveling wheels make easy to maneuver it on flat surfaces. It can also jump curbs with ease. The Cloud's low, almost knee-high handle is a drawback. It's not adjustable, and it's not adjustable. It's not easy to push it while your legs are hanging in that way. The lack of padding makes it even more difficult.
During our testing and testing, we found the Cloud to be easy to set up and open. Close it can be a bit more difficult. You have to slide the slider before you press the large white button. This can be a hassle especially if you're juggling kids while you do it.
The Cloud comes with a compact but spacious storage basket. It's large enough to accommodate the size of a large diaper bag. It's not the greatest width, though you'll probably need to put something in it for the back to retrieve it. The Cloud has an adult and child tray with two cup holders each, but they're too narrow to accommodate larger cups or bottles.

Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS
Jeep Destination Ultralight is a lightweight double stroller with a minimalist style that's ideal for travel. It's super light at just 18 lbs (lighter than many single strollers!) It folds flat to make it easy to transport and store. It also comes with independently reclined seats, large all-weather SPF 50 sun visors that have large windows with peekaboos and under-seat storage bags. The visors can be adjusted to accommodate kids of different heights. It also comes with a parking brake that is linked in one step, and is Disney-size approved.
The swivel wheels on the Jeep are also great for navigating over bumps and uneven surfaces. The stroller does not accept car seats so your kids must be at least 6+ months old and have a solid neck control to be able to ride in the front seat. The stroller does have an twin umbrella stroller sun canopy with three panels and each seat has its own cupholder and snack tray.
Another stroller that is extremely light is the Valco Baby Snap Trend. It's heavier than the Kolcraft Cloud Plus at 23 lbs, but it's thin and slim (26.5 inches wide!) It's packed with luxurious features that make it perfect for travel. It is easy to fold and is very mobile. It fits easily in the overhead compartments and the trunks of airplanes.
The Joovy Kooper X2 tri-folds and is ultralight, similar to the Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+ Double or Mountain Buggy Nano Duo. It's pretty comparable to the Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS, but it has some key differences. It's a little more expensive, but has a better sun canopy and more maneuverability. It comes with a handy strap for carrying and can hold kids weighing up to 44 pounds per seat.
Summer 3D Pac CS+ for infants
Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+ is a stroller that is light with lots of features. It's not just lightweight, weighing just 13 pounds but also has a lot of storage, including child and parent cupholders, a child's sippy-cup pouch and a parent's storage pouch, etc. It can also be used with the car seat of a child and has an easy-to-engage brake that flips. This stroller is designed to expand along with your child. It can be converted from a baby to a toddler stroller by attaching the car-seat adapters (sold separately) and it's suitable for children ages six months and over.
Another thing to consider about this stroller is that it runs on swivel wheels and doesn't come with locking features which means it won't be the best option for terrain that is rocky or hilly. It maneuvers well on sidewalks that are paved and other smooth surfaces, so it's still an excellent option for most families.
This stroller is among the most lightweight double strollers with full-size features in a sleek, compact design. It folds easily in one hand and put away in the trunk or garage. It is also able to be used as a stroller for travel and is compatible with a variety of car seats without the need for adapters.
The Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+ is unique from other strollers that are lightweight because it features two separate seats that can each hold up to 100 pounds. The seats come with a recline in multiple positions, individual leg rests, and three-panel canopies with flip-out sun visors and windows that peek out.
The seats are padded to ensure the comfort of your child. They also come with a five-point safety harness that can be adjusted to three different height positions. Each seat comes with a built-in infant cushion, which is ideal for babies. The cup holders for parent and child, the cellphone holders, and the huge storage basket will be adored by parents. The stroller can also be purchased with the Yoyo+ Board which transforms it into a tandem.
Joovy Kooper X2
The Kooper X2 double running stroller stroller is an excellent option for parents who want an easy-to-use double that can carry two kids. The sling-style seats are comfortable and provide a similar amount of headroom, allowing children to be seated side-by-side. Contrary to other strollers with side-by-side seating this one Kooper X2 offers a fully reclined seat that's a great option for napping. Its recline mechanism is easy to use but doesn't go really flat. Kids who are taller may find that they have an unbalanced leg when they sit in a reclined posture. It also has a huge canopy that we found to be more effective in blocking the sun's rays than other strollers in our review of the best double strollers.
The stroller is light enough to easily move through door frames which was a major issue for us with some other models in our testing. It is easy to fold and the handlebars sit close to the ground. Its only downside is its small storage space, which feels uncomfortable when filled with things for kids.
Joovy is a family-owned business, creates innovative, functional and high-quality baby products. Their product line includes innovative baby bottles, like the Joovy Zoom X2 Double stroller and a unique raincover that fits many popular strollers. The company's products are reasonably priced, and they often feature fun designs that will draw children.
In our tests on double strollers, we evaluate various aspects to determine how easy the stroller is to use, such as the ease of use to set up and fold, adjust the safety harness and open and close the brakes, raise and carry the stroller as if it were to be placed in a trunk of a car, and also install and remove the infant car seat (if necessary). We've also assessed the strength and durability of each model, as well as whether it comes with an adult tray that can accommodate both child tray.
The Joovy Kooper X2 earned the top score for ease of use in our most recent edition of the best double strollers guide, and also one of the top scores in our Strollers test program overall. Its simple-to-use design features one hand, with non-tilt recline and an enormous canopy with ventilation mesh that you can see through even when it's tilted. There are also separate child trays, built-in cupholders and zipper pockets for parents, and a large storage basket.
