Best Robotic Mop and Vacuum Combos

The majority of robot vacuum and mop combinations can be customised using an application that is specifically designed for. You can save your home's maps as well as create cleaning schedules and choose mopping modes. You can also adjust the suction power, and the amount of water your mop uses.

These are essential features to have in my home, which is filled with toys that are scattered about.

1. Roborock S8 Pro Ultra

Roborock S8 Pro Ultra, the flagship vacuum of the company and mop, is loaded with features. It can mop and sweep simultaneously, and lift its brushes or mop pads so that soft surfaces don't get wet. It also can avoid obstacles by spotting pet toys, plants and other small objects.

The robotic vacuum's maximum suction power is 6,600 pascals. This is higher than any other robot vacuum we've test to date. It also has PreciSense LiDAR navigation to track its position, preventing it from getting stuck on objects.

The S8 Pro Ultra's mopping capabilities are also impressive. It can provide constant pressure to the pad at more than 6 Newtons to give a thorough clean. It also features an automatic mop lifting mechanism, that will raise the pad as it moves from laminate to tile hardwood, carpet and rugs to avoid soaking these types of soft surfaces.

The S8 Pro Ultra also has self-washing, and self-drying features. The pad can be rinsed and dried in the dock and the dust container is automatically empty and returned to it. This means you can put it away and forget about it, only needing to clean the dust bag and refill the water tank occasionally.

All of this is powered by a 5,200mAh lithium-ion battery. The S8 Pro Ultra ran on its normal mop- and vac-settings for approximately 160 minutes before beginning to lose power and returned to its base to recharge. This is within the range of the 180 minutes Roborock claims, and is on par with other hybrids that I've test.

It's a comprehensive, reliable product. The only downside is that it's pricey. Its sheer number of features make it a very attractive option for anyone looking to replace their old stick vacuums and mops. If you can afford the cost we recommend you check this one out.

2. Dreametech L10S Ultra

The Dreametech L10S Ultra robot vacuum and mop is an expensive combination. Its high-end price is justified by its impressive features, which include an impressive vacuuming capacity as well as two gyrating mop mops. It also comes with an app-enabled smart controller and powerful obstacle-avoidance technology.

The L10S Ultra has a retail price of 999 Euros which is one of the most expensive robotic vacuum and mop combos on the market. In my testing it did well across all areas of the home, taking out 98.4 percent of debris from all types of floors and able to lift long hair without getting caught in. The mops also performed admirably with excellent cleaning results with less effort than many mid-range models. This was due to their rotational movement and an effective dose of cleaning solution.

The docking station is the main selling feature of the L10S Ultra. It's multifunctional and advanced. The dock empties its dustbin into a dirt bag, refills its water tank for the mopping function and even dries its mop pads for you. It has a real-time hazards detection system, and its intelligent controls let you schedule periodic cleaning sessions.

The L10S Ultra does not offer the best performance in removing carpet debris when compared to the other hybrid mops I tested. The mops in the L10S Ultra aren't as effective in removing tough stains as the Roborock S7 MaxV Ultra.

Despite the L10S Ultra's top-of-the-line features, it requires regular maintenance and care. Its base station has to be cleaned out, and the water tank and dust bag should be cleaned, empty and dried regularly to prevent unpleasant odors and mildew. It is also important to remember that the mop pads, which are purchased separately, will need to be replaced regularly too.

With the L10S Ultra's pricey price tag and extensive functionality I would highly recommend it to anyone who has the money for it. If you're on a tight budget I suggest a more basic model that will allow you to save money while still being able to enjoy hands-free cleaning at your home. Even even if the L10S Ultra was the best vacuum and robotic mop you could purchase, its high price and ongoing maintenance will make it seem more a want than need.

3. Eufy S1 Pro

If you're looking for a robot vacuum and mop that will remove dust and dirt on your hard floors while taking care of wet messes, then take a look at the Eufy S1 Pro. This powerful mop and robot vacuum combo comes with an impressive suction force of 8,000 Pa, an impressively large battery capacity for both mowing and vacuuming and a top-of-the-line obstacle avoidance. It even comes with an automatic mop that cleans itself while moving this makes the S1 Pro stand out from other models that require users to return to their base station mid-clean to clean the mop pad.

robot-vacuum-mops-logo-text-black-png-original.jpgThe S1 Pro uses a unique mopping system that is a major difference from the microfibre pads and spinning discs that other robots. The roller is nearly the entire length of the robot and it receives a constant supply of fresh water that is filtered and ozonated from the dock. As it rotates the roller, it scrubs your floors while soaking up dirt, and any dry debris is picked up by the side brushes or swept into the front colision bumper. The S1 Pro is able to dump dirty mop water in its base station where it is sucked in by the tank's heater elements and it is emptied into a bigger storage container. The onboard tank is able to hold a large amount of water and can take on up to a dozen mopping session before running out.

The S1 Pro comes ready to use out of the package as do most robotic hoovers vacuums and mops. The S1 Pro needs to be filled with clean water. This can be done using the cleaning dock. If you'd like to make use of your own cleaner you can add a cleaning solution to the dock. If you opt for this option however, you'll need to buy the Eufy-branded cleaning solution, which is more costly than other robot brands that allow you to use your choice of cleaning products.

The S1 Pro performed well in the coverage and navigation efficiency tests, just like the majority of robots. It was quick to map out a area and navigated around furniture. It was stuck on carpets with larger piles a couple of times during my tests. However, this could be improved by updating the software. The S1 Pro is an all-in-one robot that offers many functions at a affordable prices.

4. Roborock Qrevo

The Qrevo is Roborock's basic mop and vacuum. However, it still offers some impressive features. The multi-function dock emptys the robot vacuum cleaner best's dirtbag, and refills its water tanks, washing and sanitizing mop pads as it goes. The mopping system is able to be able to clean a large area prior to returning to its dock. The vacuum's powerful suction is ideal for removing pet hair and other debris that accumulates on carpets.

The app that runs this appliance is dense, with a wide range of options to customize the cleaning process. You can set it up manually to start an entire map and clear everything that's been that the device maps, or you can choose specific rooms, expandable zones, or even a routine that you've created. There are several mopping options which include SmartPlan -- an algorithm that utilizes the sensors on the mops to find the most efficient way to clean your home while it maps the space.

The Qrevo did well in our tests, just like the other Roborock models we've test. Its navigation system is efficient, mapping rooms quickly and cleaning them in a well-organized way. The 'Normal' setting for pathing does a great job of covering a space, with no gaps or missing areas. Reactive Tech's hazard avoidance works well, but it is not as advanced as the color camera systems found on the Qrevo Master and the S8 Pro Ultra. It can identify hazards such as thick carpets however it won't always detect small things such as rug tassels or electrical wires.

The most obvious flaw with this machine is the lack of a mop after vacuum option, which could be an issue for those who do a lot of vacuuming before cleaning with their robot vacuum with mop. There's a good solution: the app offers the option to "clean up" at the end of each vacuuming session. This lets you use the vacuum's mopping capability to remove the last remnants of debris and dust that you've left behind from your vacuuming. It's a nice feature and helps this robot make its clean better than its competitors with lower prices.
