These multitaskers are an excellent choice for those who want to get mopping off their to-do list. Some models have superior navigation and obstacles avoidance. Some wash and refill mopping pads themselves to ensure a hands-free clean.

The Eufy S1 Pro

This is the model to select if you're looking for a robot vacuum cleaner that also mop. It is smaller than other options, making it more maneuverable in tight spaces or under furniture. It has a 220-degree lidar, which when combined with its 3D Matrix camera system gives it the best automatic vacuum navigation and object avoidance that I've ever seen in a robotic vacuum. It's powered by a 4600mAh battery that can last for up to 170 mins when cleaning and sucking are set to standard mode. (It can run longer on turbo). It will even return to its dock to replenish its battery mid-clean.

It's extremely efficient and does a great job of cleaning my two bedroom apartment. It can vacuum carpeted rooms fast, and hardwood floors in the living room, kitchen and hallways with only one sweep. The suction motor's 8,000pa makes short work of picking up sand, dirt, and pet hair. Carpet detection boosts power automatically when it comes in contact with carpets and the dual side brushes help to tease away debris from corners.

The mopping performance, while still impressive, isn't as effective. The mop's rotating motor spins at a high velocity and pushes down with 2.2lbs of force, effortlessly cleaning up dirt and staining. I've noticed that the front arms protrude out slightly more than other robots, which is helpful for getting into tight corners and on baseboards. The front arms can also be employed to clean larger pieces of debris, such as broken toys and fallen books.

Another nice feature is that the S1 Pro is one of the quietest robot vacuums and mop I've ever tried. It doesn't create the same amount of noise while vacuuming or mopping and is much quieter than the Narwal Freo X Ultra or RoboRock S7. The only downside is that the S1 Pro must use a proprietary cleaning solution for its mopping function and is separate from the vacuum. It is easy to install and performs well. However, if you are buying this vacuum solely for mopping purposes it is important to be aware of this.

The Roborock Q Revo

The Q Revo stands apart from most robot vacuum best vacuums that mops in its class. It comes with a wide array of features that make it a great choice for homeowners looking to purchase an efficient, flexible, and customizable cleaning machine.

The device comes with a powerful cleaning robot mop and vacuum system that combines LiDAR sensor technology with an RGB camera. This allows it to map out the home, identify furniture and other obstacles. It can then use this information to clean methodically and intelligently. This will ensure an efficient and consistent cleaning and is also fast.

In terms of mopping, Q Revo's DuoRoller mop pads can be used to reach a wide range of surfaces. This includes corners, baseboards, and other hard-to-reach spots. They also have a stretchy side brush that can be extended to the floor in close proximity to walls and other fixtures. The mop pads can also be washable and dry to remove odors and prevent buildup.

App-based customization is another notable feature. The Q Revo lets you adjust the suction strength and select an back-and-forth or random pattern. You can also choose the number of passes, which will determine how quickly it can move around your home. You can also deactivate the side brush to prevent damage to carpets and rugs.

The device has a high price tag but comes with a large selection of innovative features. It is important to keep in mind, however, that the device will incur periodic costs in the form of mopping supplies as well as regular maintenance. For instance, a brushroll needs to be replaced every six to 12 months or after 300 hours. The filter is to be cleaned every 150 hours, and the mop pads must be changed every three month.

This robot vacuum that mops has an excellent rating on Amazon and offers a wide array of physical automation features. These include a power button that can also function as a general 'Clean button as well as a Home button that sends it back to its base station once it has completed its cleaning task. It also comes with a multifunctional dock which automatically empty the trash bin, fills up its water tank, and wash and drys its mop pads.

The Shark Matrix Plus

If you're a busy professional or just want an organized home that doesn't require a lot of time on chores The Shark Matrix Plus is a solid choice. Its powerful performance, intelligent navigation, and long battery life allow you to maintain a clean house with minimal effort.

The Matrix Plus robot vacuum is an all-in-one mop and vacuum. It is able to perform mopping and vacuuming. It has two modules: a dry bin and reservoir of water, and a separate mopping module with microfiber pads that snap in and out of place. It's not the most modern thing to have separate modules for mopping and vacuuming, but it does mean that you don't have to fret about changing the bags for disposables or refilling the tank with water.

Our test participants found that the Matrix Plus did a great job at both vacuuming and mopping. Its greatest feature was its accurate floorplan map which it uses to draw the path to follow when cleaning. This made it a breeze for the Matrix Plus to navigate around furniture rug, furniture and other obstacles. The app allows you to create 'No-Go Zones' as well as virtual barriers to prevent certain areas from being cleaned by a mop.

The Matrix Plus also did a remarkable job at collecting pet hair. It was able to capture the majority of hair that shed by our cats and even got into the nooks and crevices of our stairs which other robots struggled. The noise levels were low and there were pleasant jingles to inform you that it was starting and working towards its goal.

Its main drawbacks were its simplistic app and the requirement to change between the modules to switch between mopping and vacuuming. The app doesn't have the capacity to store multiple maps, which could be a problem for homes with a mix of floors. The Matrix Plus robot is a ideal choice for people who want a smart device that can mop and vacuum.

The Yiko X1 Omni

The X1 Omni is the most expensive robotic vacuum that is able to mop in our review, however it has some unique features that make it worth taking into consideration. The X1 Omni is most well-known for its enormous dock that serves as an charging base for the robot Vacuums that mop, a sink for cleaning and two 4-liter water tanks. It also houses a 2.5-liter dust bin and a 2.5 liter dust bin.

The base comes with a few control buttons that allow you to manually start a cleaning task and then recall the robot or use the dock's auto-emptying procedure. Hold down two of the buttons to turn off the child lock that is a great option for parents concerned about kids tinkering with the vacuum.

Like other robotic vacuums, the X1 Omni utilizes its camera to detect furniture and obstacles in its path and eliminate them. True Mapping 2.0 navigation maps your home up to four times faster than laser detection systems.

The X1 can be prone to become stuck when it gets entangled in a blockage, such as a power cable draped over a rug. It won't work until you manually untangle it. This was a rare occurrence however, it was a bit frustrating since the X1 does not have an "stuck status" alert on its application.

The X1 Omni cannot automatically switch from mopping to vacuuming mode during cleaning. You'll need to manually swap between the two modes, which isn't too bad apart from the fact that mopping pads aren't cleaned and dried between uses and can cause mildew or mold.

The X1 Omni looks great, thanks to the Jacob Jensen design team (of Bang & Olufsen fame), who created its sleek modern base and mopping pad. It's a significant change from the utilitarian black bases of competitors like Roborock and iRobot and a pleasing appearance in a market which is dominated by clunky boxes and clunky models.
