best automatic vacuum and mop Robotic Mop and Vacuum Combos

You can also alter the suction power and fine-tune the amount of water and scrub action your mop makes use of.

A mapping function can help your robot navigate through rooms. A feature for avoiding obstacles helps it avoid running over wires, furniture, or stray toys. These features are vital for my home, which is full of toys.

1. Roborock S8 Pro Ultra

Roborock S8 Pro Ultra, the flagship vacuum of the company and mop, is packed with features. It's able to both mop and sweep in one session and can raise its brushes and mop pads to prevent soft surfaces from becoming damp. It can also stay clear of obstacles by spotting pet toys, plants and other small objects.

The robotic vacuum has a maximum suction power of 6,000 pascals, which is higher than any other robot vacuum we've tested. It also has PreciSense LiDAR navigation, which tracks its position, preventing it from getting stuck on objects.

Mopping capabilities are also impressive, with the S8 Pro Ultra able to apply constant pressure of over 6 Newtons to the mop pad, resulting in an intense clean. It also has a mop lifter system which lifts the pad automatically when it transitions between tile and laminate, hardwood and carpet or rugs to prevent soaking soft surfaces.

In addition it is also the S8 Pro Ultra has self-washing and self-drying features. The pad can be washed and then dried with the dock and the dust bin will get emptied and automatically returned to it. You can set it and forget about it. You will only need to refill the water tank, or replace the dust bag on occasion.

All this is powered by a lithium-ion 5,200mAh battery. I ran it on its normal vac and mop settings for around 160 minutes before the S8 Pro Ultra started to run low on power and then return to its base for a recharge. This is not far off of the 180 minutes Roborock claims, and is on par with other hybrids I've test.

This is a highly robust and well-rounded product with its only downsides being that it's pricey. But, the sheer number of features makes it a appealing choice for anyone looking to go away from their old stick vacuums and mops. If you can afford the hefty price tag, we highly recommend checking this one out.

2. Dreametech L10S Ultra

The Dreametech L10S Ultra is a premium robot vacuum and mop (link homepage) combination. Its premium price tag is justified by its impressive features, which include a large vacuuming capacity and two gyrating mop mops. It also has a smart, app-enabled controller and a mighty obstacle avoidance technology.

The L10S Ultra is one of the most expensive robotic vacuum and mop combinations out there at a recommended retail price of 999 euros. In my tests, it performed well across all areas of the home, removing 98.4% of debris on all floor types and managing to lift long hair with no tangling. The mops were also great, achieving great cleaning results with less effort than mid-range models, due to their rotational motion as well as an incredibly strong cleaning solution.

The L10S Ultra's most significant selling point is its innovative multifunctional docking station. The docking station empties the dustbin into a bag for dirt, then refills the tank with water to use to mop and also dry your mop pads. It also comes with an in-real-time system for detecting hazards and allows you to schedule periodic cleaning sessions via its intelligent controls.

In contrast to the other hybrid vacuum mops that I tested, the L10S Ultra doesn't offer advanced dirt pickup on carpets. The mops on the L10S Ultra aren't as effective in removing tough staining as the Roborock S7 MaxV Ultra.

Despite the L10S Ultra's top-of-the-line features, it requires regular maintenance. Its base station needs to be cleaned out and the water and dust tanks should be cleaned, emptied and dried regularly to prevent mildew and unpleasant odors. It is also important to keep in mind that the mop pads which are bought separately will need to be replaced periodically too.

I would recommend the L10S Ultra to anyone with the funds. For those who are on a tighter budget, I would suggest a less basic model that allows you to save money while enjoying the convenience of hands-free cleaning at your home. It's important to note that even it's true that the L10S Ultra is the best robot vacuum and mop you can purchase but its high cost and constant maintenance will ultimately make it more of a desire rather than a requirement.

3. Eufy S1 Pro

Eufy S1 Pro is the best robot vacuum and mop vacuum and mop you need to clean up messes and remove dirt from your floors. This powerful robovac and mop combo packs an impressive suction force of 8,000 Pa as well as a massive battery that can be used for both vacuuming and mowing and top-quality obstacle-avoiding. It also comes with mop rollers that clean itself as it goes, which makes the S1 Pro stand out from other models that need to return to their base station mid-clean to rinse off the mop's pad.

The S1 Pro uses a unique mopping system that is a big departure from the microfibre pads and spinning discs that other robots. The roller covers the entire width of the robot, and it receives a constant supply of fresh Ozonated, filtered water from the dock. The roller scrubs the floor while soaking up dirt. Dry debris is removed using the side brushes or swept up into the front bumper. The S1 Pro removes the dirty mop water into its base station where it is sucked by the heater elements of the tank and it is emptied into a bigger storage container. The onboard tank can hold a good amount of water and handle up to a half dozen mopping sessions before rushing out.

The S1 Pro comes ready to use out of the package as do most robotic vacuums/mops. The S1 Pro needs to be filled with clean water. This is easily accomplished in the cleaning dock. You can also add a cleaning solution to the dock, in case you want to have the option of using your own brand of cleaner. If you decide to use this feature, however, you will have to purchase the Eufy-branded cleaning solution that is more expensive than other robot vacuum cleaner best brands that allow users to select their own choice of cleaning solutions.

The S1 Pro performed well in the navigation efficiency and coverage tests, as did most robots. It was quick to map the space and was able to navigate around furniture. It was stuck on carpets with larger piles a few times during my tests. However it could be improved by re-updating the software. The S1 Pro is a very capable all-in-one robot for an affordable price.

4. Roborock Qrevo

The Qrevo is Roborock's cheapest mop and vacuum, but it has some outstanding features. Its multifunction dock empties the robot's dirtbag, and refills its water tanks, while washing and sanitizing the mop pads as it moves. The mopping system itself is capable of cleaning up a significant portion of a space before it has to return to its dock, and the vacuum's extreme suction is capable of removing debris and pet hair on carpets.

The application that runs the appliance is quite complex, and offers many options to customize the cleaning process. You can choose to manually start a full map and clear everything that's been mapped by the device, or you can select specific rooms, expandable zones, or even a routine that you've crafted. There are many mopping options that include SmartPlan -- an algorithm that utilizes the sensors on the mops to find the most efficient way to clean your home as it maps the area.

The Qrevo performed well in our tests, as all Roborock models that we've evaluated. Its navigation system is robust, mapping rooms quickly and cleaning them in a neat way. The default pathing setting is excellent at covering a room, with no major gaps or missing areas. Reactive Tech's hazard avoidance works well too, but it is not as advanced as the color camera systems found on the Qrevo Master and the S8 Pro Ultra. It can detect hazards like carpets with thick padding, but may not be able to identify smaller objects like rug tassels and electrical wires.

The most obvious flaw with this model is the absence of a mop-after-vacuum option that could be an issue for people who do a lot of vacuuming before cleaning with their robot. There's a simple solution: the app offers a feature that lets you "clean up" at the conclusion of each session. You can use the vacuum's mopping functions to remove the last traces and dust that were left behind after vacuuming. This is a nice feature that lets this vacuum keep its cleanness a bit higher than its less expensive competitors.
