It also features an automatic mop lifting system that will raise the pad as it moves from tile to laminate hardwood, carpets and rugs to prevent getting soaked by these soft surfaces.

The S8 Pro Ultra also has self-washing, and self-drying features. The pad can be washed and dried in the dock and the dust container will get emptied and automatically returned to it. This means you can leave it in place and forget it, only having to change the dust bag or refill the water tank occasionally.

All of this is powered by a lithium-ion 5,200mAh battery. I ran it on its normal mop and vac settings for about 160 minutes before the S8 Pro Ultra started to be power-deficient and returned to its base to recharge. This isn't far off from the 180 minutes Roborock claims, and is on par other hybrids I've tested.

This is a highly robust and well-rounded product with the only downside being that it's expensive. The sheer amount of features make it a very attractive option for anyone who is looking to replace their old mops and stick vacuums. 2. Dreametech L10S Ultra

The Dreametech L10S Ultra robot vacuum and mop is a high-end combination. The price is justified by its robust features, such as a huge vacuuming capacity and two mop heads that rotate. It also comes with an app-based controller that is smart and a powerful obstacle avoidance system.

The L10S Ultra has a retail price of 999 euros, which is one of the most expensive robotic vacuum and mop combos available. In my tests, it performed well across all areas of the home, removing 98.4 percent of the debris on all floors and managing to lift hair that is long without getting caught in. The mops also performed well in delivering outstanding cleaning results with less effort than mid-range models due to their rotational motion as well as the powerful cleaning solution.

The docking station is the real selling feature of the L10S Ultra. It's multifunctional and advanced. The dock emptys its dust bin into dirt bag, then refills its water tank to enable the mopping function and even dries its mop pads for you. It is equipped with a real-time danger detection system, and its sophisticated controls allow you to schedule periodic cleaning sessions.

The L10S Ultra does not offer better performance for removing carpet debris compared to the other hybrid vacuum mop I tested. In addition it's not as capable at scrubbing away tough stains like those in the premium Roborock S7 MaxV Ultra.

Despite the L10S Ultra's numerous premium features, it requires regular care and maintenance. Its base station has to be cleaned out, and the water tank and dust bag must be emptied, cleaned and dried regularly to prevent unpleasant odors and mildew. It is also important to remember that the mop pads which are bought separately must be replaced periodically too.

I would recommend the L10S Ultra to anyone with the funds. If you're on a tighter budget, I would suggest an easier model that allows you to save money while enjoying hands-free cleaning at home. 3. Eufy S1 Pro

Eufy S1 Pro is the robot hoover vacuum and mop that you require to tidy up mess and remove dirt from your floors. 4. Roborock Qrevo

The Qrevo is Roborock's entry-level mop and vacuum cleaner however it has some outstanding features. The dock's multifunction emptying the robot's dirtbag and refilling its water tanks, and cleaning and sanitizing the mop pads is done by the dock. The mopping system can be able to clean a large area prior to returning to its dock. The vacuum's suction power is perfect for picking up pet hair and debris on carpets.

The application that runs the appliance is quite complex, and offers various options to customize the cleaning process. You can manually initiate a full map and clear everything that's been mapped by the device, or you can choose particular rooms, expandable zones, or even a routine you've set up.
