Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades

Upgrades can sometimes increase the power of a piece of gear and sometimes even its extras. The value of these upgrades is determined by their tiers, requirements, and the number of random augmentations used.

For example, the elite shield of racial violence Razortail is often upgraded to enhance its lightning absorb function in PvP or to provide additional defenses on missile based designs in PvM. This makes it more tradeable than the non-upgraded perfect version.

Reroll Tokens

Reroll tokens allow you to reroll a purchased item like a weapon, armor, or rings. This replaces the Best item upgrade with an identical item and comes with different bonuses. Reroll tokens can be a cost-effective option to upgrade equipment. They don't preserve the original equipment's condition, and any resources wasted won't get compensated.

Survivors can obtain Reroll tokens in a variety of ways, including through the Mistery Box and rare drops from skulled creatures. They can be found in crates and chests, or purchased from the store for 150k each. Reroll tokens can be used to alter the attributes of a piece equipment for example, increasing the damage it can cause.

Players can roll their equipment using three attributes three categories: physical power, magic power and health. Physical power upgrades increase the damage caused by weapons and melee attacks, while spell power improves rings and mage attacks. Health upgrades provide the player with an extra health.

There are three types of Reroll tokens: upgrade, rare, and legendary. Each of these upgrades an item to a higher quality and requires an upgraded reroll token in order to produce it. Upgrades require a standard item. Rare upgrades require an item that is exclusive or legendary. Legendary upgrades require three legendary pieces.

Unlike other special tokens and markers that are placed on action spaces The reroll marker is left on the space until the next successful result is repeated. This lets you not waste upgrades.

Blueprints appear as envelopes at the beginning of each Preparation Phase, and can be opened by grabbing them using Interact. When they are opened, they show an explanation and icon for the Ingredient or Appliance. Blueprints can be exchanged for a new Appliance or Ingredient in the restaurant's shop for a small amount of coins.

During a run, blueprints can be transferred between the Staple Pool and the Non-staple pool based on the choice of Franchise Cards. This alters which blueprints the restaurant's shop offers to reroll and which are available in the Non-droppable Pool.

Growthstones

Weapons such as armor, weapons, and other accessories can be upgraded in Throne and Liberty using Growth Stones. These are special stones that can increase the level of an item by increasing its stats and attributes. Players can locate these items by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs located in the main towns. Contract Coin Merchants will sell these stones for a cost. In addition, players can get these stones by completing daily contracts.

To upgrade equipment players must first identify the appropriate item, and then click the "level up" button. The screen will show a summary of the item's level, and what it will be after being upgraded. It will also display the amount of Growth Stones required to do so. The number of Growth Stones needed to upgrade a piece depends on its rarity. Rare (blue), rarer weapons will require more than one Growth Stone, while uncommon armor only requires a single Growth Stone.

After deciding on what to upgrade, players must then select the number of green Growth Stones they wish to utilize and pay the appropriate cost. When the requirements are fulfilled, the player may then click on the upgrade button to apply the Growth Stones to the item upgrading. This will increase the item's level by a certain percentage. Depending on the rarity of the item and rarity, the upgrade process could take anywhere from seconds to minutes.

The upgrade process is also risk-free and doesn't affect the longevity of the item. This makes it an excellent method for players to get an advantage in combat without putting stress on their bank accounts. Additionally players can transfer experience and progress of an upgraded item to new gear by clicking on the "transfer" tab.

The process of getting Growth Stones in Throne and Liberty can be daunting for new players. There are several ways to acquire these stones. You can complete contracts and purchase them from Contract Coin Merchants, defeat Abyssal Contracts, obtain them from the Equipment Stone Seal Book or collect them from reward chests during the Ancient Arena Season. Players can also break down higher-level Growth Stones into multiple lower-level stones.

Leveling

Leveling is an option that allows you to increase the stats of armor and weapons. You can also upgrade trinkets and helms. The Upgrade Station lets you combine an item with upgrade materials and pay a fee in Happy Tickets or Happy Stars. The upgrade materials will be used up and the item will receive an upgrade to a higher level. This process can be repeated until the highest level for an item has been attained.

Items with upgraded base stats display the blue icon in their slot. Upgrade components, unlike enchantments can't be added to more than one item at the same time. Additionally each upgrade component will require a certain number of items to be added in addition to a minimum level for the equipment.

The Upgrade Station is divided into two slots. On the left side, players can choose to add an item to be upgraded. On the right, an image of the gear will look like at its next level. When a player has enough materials and has pressed the yellow arrow will begin the upgrade process.

A piece of equipment may be upgraded up to five times. Each time it is upgraded, the base stats of the item will be increased by a small amount. The highest level for an item is 19.

When an item reaches its maximum capacity, it will no longer have the option to upgrade. Likewise, once a piece of gear reaches an upgrade track (e.g. Upgrades for the Veteran or Explorer track ) they will be discounted.

Upgrade components are a kind of equipment that can be put into weapons, armor, trinkets, and gathering tools to provide an attribute bonus or extra effect when the equipment is being used. They can be bought from vendors, looted, acquired by completing quests, or traded between players. Upgrade components can be replaced by new ones, but doing so will damage the previous upgrade, with the exception of for glyphs which can be removed and replaced at will.

Requirements

Item upgrades give players the ability to increase certain attributes of armor and weapons that they currently own. The requirements to upgrade an item vary depending on the type of item but generally, you'll need Dilithium and a number of Upgrade Tokens (various options available).

Once an upgrade component has been placed in an item it cannot be removed and changed without restriction, however, the glyphs used in gathering tools can be swapped out without restrictions.

Upgrades to an item can increase its Mark Level and/or Rarity. Certain upgrade components have additional modifiers that can boost the item's statistics.

The helm upgrade "Foundation of the Sun" for example, increases base defense and gives an additional 20 percent chance of blocking. In addition the dps upgrade "Wildfire" increases weapon damage.

Upgrades can be beneficial to certain items, but not because they increase stats. They are more valuable for the players when they get a perfect roll. A perfectly rolled 200/6500 armor set piece, for example is highly sought-after by melee PvP communities and could be worth as much as 20-50 times that of the unupp'd version.

When you choose an upgrade component that you want to put into an item, the game will display an in-game window that lists the required requirements. The game will show the requirements required when you select an upgrade component to slot into an item.

The game will add an item in your inventory when you have completed the prerequisites for an upgrade. The progress bar will then change to show how close you are to completing the upgrade. You can also check the status of an upgrade by visiting any item upgrader NPC.
