The Roomba J9+ builds on past Roomba improvements and its enhanced performance and incredible cleaning abilities distinguish it from all its competitors. It's designed for larger homes with pets and to clean both hard and soft floors. It is capable of tackling dirt, dust and pet hair. It's also the most intelligent iRobot Roomba ever, with the most advanced features like Dirt Detective and mopping automation that can anticipate your cleaning needs.

Like its predecessor j9+, the j9+ is equipped with the iRobot's PrecisionVision navigation technology and a camera that can detect the presence of obstacles within your home. The robot can navigate and avoid obstacles within your home, such as furniture cords and shoes wires, as well as pet urine. The j9+ also comes with smaller and more furniture-friendly self-emptying Clean Base.

The system also identifies and avoids objects that are likely to become stuck or crushed by the robot.

The SwitchBot's edge sweeping brush is spinning when the vacuum setting is activated and it cleans up any debris it comes across. It can also reach underneath chairs and tables, making it a great choice for homes that host lots of family gatherings. The app's settings allow you adjust the speed and direction as well as the power of the vacuum motor.

When the SwitchBot is in the mops mode, its bottom is fitted with a disposable wet smudge that you replace when it runs dry.
