Best Robot Vacuum Cleaner and Mop
If you're looking to clean up mess fast and efficiently, a robot vacuum and mop is the best robot cleaner way to go. The best robot vacuum that mops robot vacs and mops that I have tested come with top-quality mapping and navigation and are able to pick up Cheerios wires, tangled wires and fake dog turds with out leaving them behind.
You can also schedule cleaning tasks with an app and monitor their progress.
1. Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra
The Roborock S8 MaxV is the best robot mop and automatic vacuum and mop robot combo. It has the latest features. This high-end model is incredibly fast and nimble and can pick up dirt such as pet hair and human hair with a near perfect accuracy in our Debris Pickup Test. It also has a smart-looking app interface with a mini map of your house and a few buttons on the screen to allow manual control.
The S8's Dirt-Detection Technology allows it to change the cleaning mode according to the level of dirt. It will stop and clean its mopping pad more often when it encounters dust while prioritizing carpeted areas for mopping with a damp pad.
It comes with a range of other features that are smart too, including an alternative dock that connects to your plumbing to clean and wash the mop without requiring you to manually refill it. With the built-in voice assistant in the S8, you can use voice commands to specify the cleaning mode of your room and provide precise control with just your voice.
2. Yeedi Cube
The Yeedi Cube offers a variety of options for those who want an automated robot vacuum that is hands-free that also has mopping capabilities. It's among the many combination robot vacuums that have mopping capabilities that are available at a lower cost than the competition.
As with most robovacs the Yeedi Cube also requires some work to get started. This involves setting up an app account and connecting the device to your WiFi network. After that, however, the robot can start cleaning and mopping easily.
It's important to keep in mind that the mapping process could take a while, and the Yeedi Cube may need a few tries before it gets an accurate image of your space. The object detection feature is not perfect. It was able to maneuver around furniture and other obstacles, however, it got stuck on a looser rug with tassels, and had to flip over to get it out of the way. But these are minor flaws, and the Yeedi Cube is still a excellent choice for those who need an all-in-one cleaner.
3. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete
The Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete provides a three-in-one cleaning solution. Its advanced mopping features a rotating motion that is similar to hand scrubs. This means that floors are cleaned and not just cleaned. The vacuum stick that can be detached is an absolute game changer that can reach places even robot vacuums cannot.
This model is nearly identical to the popular X2 Omni but with a slightly higher suction power of 8,700Pa and additional features that are smart. The RGBD sensor upgrade is able to learn your home's environment and provide dynamic obstacles avoidance. The smart app allows you to alter a variety of settings, including AI cleaning and virtual boundaries.
The X2 Combo is also self-prepping and has both the robot vacuum and mop returning to their charging station after each job to wash their pads and empty their dust bins and put the waste in bags that self-seal. This helps keep the system tidy and stops allergens from returning to the system. The battery's life is enough to clean large areas without needing an additional charge during cleaning.
4. Eufy S1 Pro
The Eufy S1 Pro is a high-end robot vacuum and mop that comes with impressive features at an affordable price. It comes with a powerful 8,000 Pa suction power, a rotating brush for hard and carpet floors, and great obstacle avoidance. It also has an unique mopping method that uses a roller constantly sprayed with water to collect dirt and then deposit it in the water tank.
Its navigation technology was effective in navigating close to walls without crashing, and staying clear of stairs. However, it struggled with fine engrained debris and wasn't always able to remove raised thresholds in rooms. Its operating noise level is also quite high, which suggests it could be a less reliable set-and-forget model than some.
Like most robotic vacuums and mops, the S1 Pro comes with a docking station that can refill its clean water, empty its dustbin and mop pad, and wash and dry its mop. This makes maintenance easy and allows the S1 Pro to spend more time cleaning floors on regular schedules. Eufy's app allows you to control all its functions. It provides a clear overview with plenty of options for configuration.
5. Freo X Ultra
The Freo X Ultra robot vacuum/mower is among the top mowers and vacuums available that are available. It offers impressive vacuuming and mopping results. The LIDAR mapping sensors can recognize furniture legs, obstacles and other obstacles with decent precision. The app lets users fine-tune the coverage of the map, establish no-go zones, or alter the cleaning preferences. The Freo's roller brush is designed to prevent hair from wrapping around it. This is an issue with a lot of robotic vacuums.
The Mop Mode also impresses, with Reuleaux triangular mop heads spinning at 180 RPM, while applying up to 12N downward pressure. The mopping system is also equipped with intelligent carpet detection, lifting these pads upwards when they're near soft surfaces, preventing them from contaminating them.
The docking station is designed to function as a hands-free maintenance centre that is able to wash and dry the mops and refilling them with water and detergent. The base station also features integrated dust processing that compacts dust for 7 weeks of uninterrupted operation, unlike conventional robot vacuums which empty their dust bins each time they have to be cleaned.
6. S10
This robot is only a few hundred dollars more than the S8 and does a fantastic job of keeping my home office clean. It also has the ability to reach the corners of my tiny apartment. It uses laser mapping and a camera to make an image of your area, so it knows which areas to avoid. It has an object/obstacle detector that will stay clear of things like dog bowls and toys (but not the poop), unlike many vacuums.
It also has some outstanding highlights, such as a self-emptying dust bin and a mop pad self-washing and adjustable to the temperature of the water and a side-reaching brush that can reach areas other mops miss. You can also adjust the settings for each room, and set up cleaning schedules.
Similar to the S8 It also has multi-room smart mapping that can distinguish between carpets, laminate and hardwood with high-pile rugs. It can also avoid mopping rooms that are not filthy if you're trying to reduce time. If you have a wide range of flooring in your home and don't want to invest additional money for a Roborock with advanced mapping features it is an excellent option.
7. Q5 Pro
If you're looking for a versatile robot vacuums best vacuum and mop that is able to handle both regular daily maintenance and touch-ups for wet messes, this little robot is an excellent choice. It comes with a variety of features like a self-emptying dustbin as well as an additional water refill dock, as well as adjustable settings within the app. It's surprisingly quiet and easily moves around furniture legs or socks. It's not able to pick up tangled rug tassels and its battery drains slightly more quickly than other models in our tests.
With a price tag of less than $250, the Q5 Pro is a bargain-friendly powerhouse that packs serious suction and handy automation into a slick design. It didn't score quite as well in our vacuuming and mopping tests like the expensive Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra, but it still did extremely well overall. It has a variety of cleaning modes, from the low-power 'Quiet mode' for light debris to the incredibly powerful 'Turbo mode' for carpeted areas. It also has the capability to remove and reconnect mop pads, without getting your carpets wet.
8. K10 Plus
The K10 Plus is an excellent robot vacuum and mop that can be used in smaller areas. It's quiet and quick, and it does a great job of maneuvering around tight spaces. It is also very good in removing pet hair from carpets.
It's smaller than most of its competitors however it doesn't compromise features. It has a decent amount of suction power, and it is able to take a photo of each object it finds (i.e., chew toys or socks, etc.)) and mark them as 'not found in the app, so that they won't be taken up in subsequent cleanings. Its photos are encrypted and are not connected to your account.
It does a fantastic job of vaccuming, but it isn't quite as efficient at mopping. It uses disposable wipes that are clipped onto the bot's bottom, and then drags them across your floor. Compare this to the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra or Narwhal with water reservoirs and will automatically wash and attach their mophead.
