Best Robotic Mop and Vacuum Combos

The majority of robot vacuum and mop combinations can be customized with a specialized application. You can save maps of your home and organize cleaning schedules, and choose mopping modes. You can also alter the suction power, and the amount of water your mop uses.

A mapping function helps your robot navigate through rooms. An obstacle avoidance feature helps it avoid running over furniture, wires, or stray toys. These are essential features for my house, stuffed with toys that are scattered about.

1. Roborock S8 Pro Ultra

The Roborock S8 Pro Ultra is the top-of-the-line mop and vacuum cleaner, so it naturally comes packed with features. It's able to both mop and sweep in one session and can lift its brushes and mop pads to prevent soft surfaces from becoming damp. It also can detect and avoid obstacles, thanks to the ability to identify pet toys, plants and other small objects.

The robotic vacuum has a maximum suction power of 6,000 pascals, which is higher than any other robot vacuum we've tested. It's also equipped with PreciSense LiDAR navigation to track its location, which prevents it from getting stuck on objects.

Its mopping functionality is also impressive, with the S8 Pro Ultra able to apply a constant pressure of 6 Newtons to the mop pad for an intense clean. It also comes with an automatic mop lifting system which lifts the pad when it transitions from tile to laminate, hardwood to carpet and rugs, thereby avoiding getting soaked by these soft surfaces.

In addition to this in addition, the S8 Pro Ultra has self-washing and self-drying functions. The pad can be rinsed and heat-dried within the dock and the dust container is automatically emptied and returned to it. This means that you can leave it in place and forget it, and only need to replace the dust bag or refill the water tank every now and then.

All of this is powered by a lithium-ion 5,200mAh battery. I tested it with its normal vac and mop settings for approximately 160 minutes before the S8 Pro Ultra started to get power hungry and returned to its base for a recharge. This isn't too far from the 180 minutes Roborock claims and is at par other hybrids I've tested.

It's a complete and robust product, with the only downside being the fact that it's pricey. Its sheer number of features make it an appealing choice for anyone looking to replace their old stick vacuums and mops. If you can afford the hefty price tag we strongly recommend checking this one out.

2. Dreametech L10S Ultra

The Dreametech L10S Ultra is a high-end robot vacuum cleaner uk vacuum and mop combination. The price is justified by the robust features, including a large vacuuming capability and two gyrating mop heads. It comes with an app-enabled smart controller and powerful obstacle-avoidance technology.

The L10S Ultra is one of the most expensive robotic vacuums and mop sets available with a suggested retail price of 999 euros. In my tests, it performed very well in all areas of the home, taking out 98.4% of debris on all types of floors and able to lift hair that is long without tangling. The mops also performed admirably, achieving excellent cleaning results with less effort than many mid-range models. This was due to their rotational motion and an effective dose of cleaning solution.

The docking station is the primary selling point of the L10S Ultra. It's multifunctional and modern. The docking station emptys the trash bin into a bag to collect dirt, refills the tank with water to use to mop and also dry your mop pads. It also features a real-time hazard detection system and lets you schedule regular cleaning sessions using its intelligent controls.

The L10S Ultra does not offer better performance for removing carpet debris in comparison to the other hybrid vacuum mop I tried. The mops in the L10S Ultra are not as effective in removing tough staining as the Roborock S7 MaxV Ultra.

Despite the L10S Ultra's premium features, it still requires regular maintenance. The base station must be cleaned as well as the water tank and dust bag should be cleaned, emptied and dried on a regular basis to avoid unpleasant odors and mildew. It is also important to remember that the mop pads, that are bought separately, must be replaced on a regular basis too.

Given the L10S Ultra's premium price tag and extensive functionality I would recommend it to anyone with the budget for it. If you're on a tight budget, I recommend a more basic model that allows you to save money while still being able to enjoy hands-free cleaning at your home. Even if the L10S Ultra was the best vacuum and robotic mop you could purchase, its high cost and constant maintenance will make it more of an item to have than one that you actually need.

3. Eufy S1 Pro

If you're looking for a robotic mop and vacuum that will pick up dirt and dust on your floors while taking care of wet mess, then you should look no further than the Eufy S1 Pro. This powerful robovac/mop combination is a mighty 8,000 Pa suction power. It also boasts an enormous battery capacity that can be used for both vacuuming as well as mowing. And it is equipped with a top-notch obstacle-avoidance system. It even comes with a roller mop that cleans itself as it goes this makes the S1 Pro stand out from other models that require users to return to their base station mid-cleaning to clean the mop pad.

The S1 Pro has a unique mopping system that is distinct from the spinning discs and microfibre pads of other robots. The roller covers the entire width of the robot, and it receives a constant supply of clean, ozonated filtered water from the dock. The roller scrubs the floor while soaking up dirt. Dry debris is swept away with the side brushes, or swept away into the front collision bumper. The S1 Pro then discharges the mop water that is dirty into its base station, where it is sucked up by the tank's heating elements, and is poured into a larger storage canister. The tank that is onboard holds a decent amount of water and can handle about half a dozen mopping sessions before going dry.

The S1 Pro comes ready to use out of the package as do most robotic vacuums and mops. The S1 Pro does need to be refilled with clean water. This can be done using the cleaning dock. If you'd like to make use of your own cleaner you can add a cleaning solution to dock. If you decide to use this feature, however, you will be required to purchase the Eufy brand cleaning solution that is more expensive than other robot cleaner with mop brands allowing you to choose your preferred brand of cleaners.

The S1 Pro performed well in the coverage and efficiency of navigation tests, as did most robots. It was quick to map the space and was able to navigate around furniture. The only issue is that it was stuck a couple times on carpets with longer piles and rugs during my tests however this could be rectified when the software is upgraded. The S1 Pro is a very powerful robot vacuum cleaner uk that can be bought at affordable prices.

4. Roborock Qrevo

The Qrevo is Roborock’s entry-level mop and vacuum however it has some outstanding features. Its multifunction dock empties the robot's dirtbag, and refills its water tanks, washing and sanitizing the mop pads as it goes. The mopping system is capable of cleaning a good robot vacuum bit of an area before returning to its dock and the vacuum's high suction is capable of removing dirt and pet hair on carpets.

The app that runs the appliance is quite complex, with a broad range of options to customize the cleaning process. You can manually initiate a full map and take care to clean everything that is that the device maps, or you can choose specific rooms, expandable zones, or even a routine you've created. There are several mopping options which include SmartPlan -- an algorithm that utilizes the mops' sensors to determine the most efficient method to tidy your home as it maps the area.

Like all Roborock models we've examined The Qrevo performs well in our tests. Its navigation system is reliable it can map rooms quickly and cleaning them in an organized manner. Its 'Normal" pathing settings cover a room well, without any major gaps or missing areas. Reactive Tech's hazard avoidance function works well, however it's not as sophisticated as the color camera systems found on the Qrevo Master and the S8 Pro Ultra. It can detect dangers like thick carpets, but it may not always detect small things such as rug tassels or electrical wires.

This device has a major issue: it doesn't include a mop option after vacuuming. This could be a problem for people who vacuum frequently prior to using their robot. There's an easy solution: the app has an option that lets you "clean up", at the end of every vacuuming session. This lets you utilize the mopping feature of the vacuum to get rid of the last remnants of dust and debris that you've left behind from your vacuuming. This is a great feature that can help this robot vacuum that mops keep its cleanness a bit higher than its less expensive competitors.robot-vacuum-mops-logo-text-black-png-original.jpg
