best robotic mop and vacuum [see this] Combos
The majority of robot vacuum-mop combinations can be customized with an application that allows you to save the maps of your home, set cleaning schedules and select mopping options. You can also adjust the suction power, as well as the amount of water your mop consumes.
A mapping feature can help your robot navigate through rooms while an obstacle avoidance function will stop it from hitting furniture, wires or stray pet toys. These are essential features to have in my house, filled with toys that are scattered about.
1. Roborock S8 Pro Ultra
Roborock S8 Pro Ultra, the company's flagship vacuum and mop, comes packed with features. It can mop and sweep in a single session, and it can even raise its brushes and mop pads to prevent soft surfaces from getting too wet. It also has the ability to see and avoid obstacles, with the ability to recognize pets plants, small objects.
The maximum suction power is 6,000 pascals. This is higher than any robot vacuum we have tested so far. It also comes with PreciSense LiDAR Navigation that tracks its position, which prevents it from getting stuck on a surface.
Its mopping functionality is also impressive and the S8 Pro Ultra able to apply constant pressure of over 6 Newtons to the mop pad to provide an intense clean. It also comes with an automatic vacuum cleaner and mop mop lifting system, that will raise the pad when it transitions from tile to laminate or hardwood to carpets and rugs to prevent the possibility of soaking these soft surfaces.
Additionally it is also the S8 Pro Ultra has self-washing and self-drying capabilities. The pad can be rinsed and heat-dried within the dock and the dust container will get emptied and automatically returned to it. You can set it to forget about it. It is only necessary to refill the water tank, or replace the dust bag on occasion.
This is all powered by a lithium-ion battery of 5,200mAh. The S8 Pro Ultra ran on its standard mop and vac-settings for about 160 minutes before it began to lose power, and then returned to its base to recharge. This is not far off of the 180 minutes that Roborock claims and is in line with other hybrids I've tried.
It's a robust and well-rounded product with the only downside being the fact that it's costly. But, the sheer number of features makes it a very appealing option for anyone who wants to get rid of their old stick vacuum and mops. If you can afford the cost we recommend you check this one out.
2. Dreametech L10S Ultra
The Dreametech L10S Ultra robot vacuum with mop vacuum and mop is a premium combination. The price is justified by the powerful features, such as a huge vacuuming capability and two gyrating mop heads. It comes with an app-enabled smart controller as well as powerful obstacle-avoidance technology.
The L10S Ultra is one of the most expensive robotic vacuums and mop combinations out there with a suggested retail price of 999 euros. In my tests, it performed very well throughout the entire home. It was able to remove 98.4 percent of debris from all types of floors and managed to lift hair that was long without getting caught up in. The mops also performed well, achieving excellent cleaning results with less effort than many mid-range models. This was due to their rotational movement as well as an effective dose of cleaning solution.
The docking station is the main selling aspect of the L10S Ultra. It's multifunctional and sophisticated. The docking station emptys the dustbin into a bag for dirt, then refills the water tank to use for mopping, and even dry mop pads. It also comes with a real-time safety detection system and allows you to schedule regular cleaning sessions with its smart controls.
Contrary to the other hybrid mops I tested and compared, the L10S Ultra doesn't offer advanced debris pickup performance on carpets. In addition the mops aren't adept at removing stubborn stains as those found in the premium Roborock S7 MaxV Ultra.
Despite the L10S Ultra's many high-end features, it still requires regular care and maintenance. The base station must be emptied as well as the water tank and dust bag must be emptied, cleaned and dried regularly to prevent mildew and unpleasant odors. It is also important to note that the mop pads, that are bought separately, are required to be replaced periodically too.
Given the L10S Ultra's premium price tag and extensive functionality, I would recommend it to anyone with the money for it. For those who are on a smaller budget, I would suggest a more rudimentary model that will allow you to save money while still enjoying hands-free cleaning at home. Even it were the case that the L10S Ultra was the best robot hoover robotic mop and vacuum combination you could buy but its cost and frequent maintenance will make it more of an item to have than one that you actually need.
3. Eufy S1 Pro
Eufy S1 Pro is the robot vacuum and mop you require to tidy up mess and clean dirt off your floors. This powerful mop and robovac combo packs an impressive 8,000 Pa of suction power and a huge battery capacity for both vacuuming and mowing, and top-notch obstacles-avoiding. It even comes with mop rollers that clean itself while moving and makes the S1 Pro stand out from other models that need to return to their base station mid-clean to wash off the mop's pad.
The S1 Pro uses a unique mopping system that is a big departure from the microfibre pads and spinning discs that other robots. The roller is almost entire length of the bot and is constantly dosed with ozonated, clean water from its dock. The roller scrubs the floor while soaking up dirt. Any dry debris is removed using the side brushes or swept into the front collision bumper. The S1 Pro then dumps the dirty mop water into its base station, which is then absorbed by the tank's heating elements and is poured into a larger storage bin. The tank that is onboard is able to hold a large amount of water, and can handle up to a half dozen mopping sessions before rushing out.
The S1 Pro comes ready to use out of the package as do other robotic vacuums and mops. It must be filled with clean water, but this is simple to do by cleaning the dock. If you'd like to use your own cleaner you can include a cleaning solution to the dock. If you choose this feature however, you'll have to purchase the Eufy-branded cleaning solution that is more expensive than other robot brands, allowing you to choose your preferred brand of cleaning products.
As with most robots like it, the S1 Pro did well in accuracy in navigation and coverage tests. It was quick to map a room, and it was able to navigate around furniture. The only issue is that it got stuck a couple of times on carpets with longer piles and rugs in my tests however this could be fixed as the software is updated. The S1 Pro is a very powerful robot that can be bought at a reasonable price.
4. Roborock Qrevo
The Qrevo is Roborock’s entry-level vacuum and mop however it has some impressive features. The dock's multi-function function is emptying the robot's dirtbag and refilling its water tanks, as well as cleaning and sanitizing the mop pads is performed by the dock. The mopping system is able to be able to clean a large area prior to returning to its dock. The vacuum's extreme suction is ideal for removing pet hair and other debris from carpets.
The app that runs the appliance is quite dense, with a wide range of options to customize the cleaning process. You can manually clean every area that is that are mapped by this device, or choose individual rooms, zones that can be expanded, or a routine you've created. There are many mopping options, including SmartPlan -an algorithm that uses the mops' sensors to find the most efficient way to tidy your home as it maps the area.
Like all the Roborock models we've tested The Qrevo performs well in our tests. Its navigation system works well in locating rooms quickly and cleaning in a neat way. The default pathing setting is excellent at covering a space, with no major gaps or missing areas. The Reactive Tech hazard avoidance system works fairly well, too, though it's not as sophisticated as the color camera system found on the Qrevo Master or the S8 Pro Ultra. It can detect hazards like carpets that are thick, but it may not be able to detect smaller objects such as electrical wires or rug tassels.
This machine has one major problem: it doesn't include a mop option after vacuuming. This could be a problem for people who regularly vacuum before using their robot. Fortunately, there's a simple solution: the app offers an option to "clean up" at the end of every vacuuming session. This lets you utilize the mopping feature of the vacuum to eliminate the last traces of debris and dust left behind by the vacuuming. This is a nice feature that helps this robot vacuum that vacuums and mops to clean up a bit better than its less expensive competitors.
