If you're looking to clean up mess fast and efficiently, a robot vacuum and mop is the best way to go. The best robot vacs and mops that I have tested are top-quality in navigation and mapping as well as the ability to remove Cheerios, tangled wires and fake dog turds, without leaving them behind.

1. Roborock S8 maxV Ultra

The Roborock S8 MaxV is the most efficient robot mop and vacuum combo. It has the latest features. This high-end vacuum is fast and agile and was able to pick up human hair and pet hair almost perfectly in our Debris Pickup Test. It also comes with a stylish app interface with a mini map of your home and a few on-screen buttons to allow manual control.

Another standout feature is the S8's ability to adjust its cleaning mode based on dirt levels thanks to its Dirt Detection Technology. It will wash its mopping pads more often if it encounters dust. Carpeted areas are given the first priority when mopping with mopping pads that are damp.

It comes with a range of other innovative features too, including an alternative dock that connects to the plumbing in your home to wash and clean the mop roller without needing you to refill it manually. With the built-in voice assistant in the S8, you can use voice commands to set the cleaning mode of your room and provide precise control with just your voice.

2. Yeedi Cube

The Yeedi Cube offers a variety of options for those looking for a hands free robot vacuum cleaner vacuum that also has mopping capabilities. It's among the many combination robot vacuums that have mopping capabilities that are available at a lower cost than competitors.

Like all robovacs, the Yeedi Cube requires a little amount of work to get started, including creating an account on the official app of the manufacturer and connecting it to your WiFi network. After that, however the robot can begin vacuuming and mopping with ease.

It's worth noting that mapping takes some time and may require a few attempts before the Yeedi Cube has an accurate image of your space. The object detection is an issue that is hit-and-miss. It was able to maneuver around furniture and other obstacles but got stuck on a rug with tassels, and required a flip to release itself. But these are minor flaws, and the Yeedi Cube is still a excellent choice for those looking for an all-in-one cleaner.

3. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete

The Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete offers a three-in-1 home cleaning solution. Its innovative mopping system uses a rotating motion that is similar to hand scrubbing. This results in floors being cleaned and not just swept. The detachable stick vacuum is a game-changer that allows you to reach spots even a robotic vacuum can't.

The model is basically identical to the popular X2 Omni but with a slightly increased suction power of 8,700Pa as well as a few additional features that are smart. It has a strong 8,000 Pa suction power and a rotating brush that is ideal for hard floors and carpets, and great obstacle avoidance. It also features an innovative mopping system which uses a roller continuously dosed with water to pick dirt and place it in the dirty water tank.

Its navigation technology was effective and was able to navigate close to walls without falling and avoiding steps. It had trouble with fine debris and didn't always clear the thresholds in rooms. Its operating noise is also high, so it may be less of a set-and-forget model than some.

Like most robotic vacuums and mops, the S1 Pro comes with a docking station that lets you refill its clean water and empty its dust bin and mop pad, and wash and dry its mop. This makes maintenance easy and allows the S1 Pro spend more time cleaning floors in line with an established schedule. Eufy's application lets you manage all of its functions. It gives you an easy overview and a variety of options for configuration.

5. Freo X Ultra

The Freo X Ultra robot vacuum with mop vacuum/mower is among the top mowers and vacuums that are available. It offers impressive results in mopping and vacuuming. Its LIDAR mapping sensor can detect furniture legs and other obstacles with decent precision, and the app lets users fine-tune map coverage, set no-go zones, and customize cleaning preferences. The main roller brush of the Freo is also designed to stop hair from wrapping around it, which is a big pain point with many robotic vacuums.

The Mop Mode also impresses, with Reuleaux triangular mop heads that rotate at 180 RPM, while applying upward pressure of up to 12N. The mopping system incorporates intelligent carpet detectors that lift these pads up when they're near soft surfaces in order to keep them from getting contaminated.

The docking station that is all-in-one functions as a hands-free maintenance centre which is capable of automatically drying and washing the mops and refilling them with water and detergent. The base station also has integrated dust processing that compacts dust for 7 weeks of uninterrupted operation, unlike conventional robot vacuums which empty their bins of dust every time they have to be empty.

6. S10

This robot is just a few hundred dollars more expensive than the S8 and does an excellent job of keeping my office clean. It is also able to reach all corners of my tiny apartment. It uses laser mapping and a camera to create an image of your space and knows which areas to avoid. And, unlike many vacuums that can mop it also has detection of objects and obstructions that avoids things like bowls and dog toys (but not poop).

It has other great highlights, such as the self-emptying dust bin, a mop pad that's self-washing and able to adjust the temperature of water and a side-reaching sweeper brush that can reach areas other mops miss. You can also customize the settings for each room and set up cleaning schedules.

It has the same multi-room smart mapping feature as the S8 and can distinguish between laminate and carpets with high-pile rug. It can also avoid mopping rooms that are not filthy if you're trying to save time. It's a great choice for those who have a variety of flooring in your home and don't want to spend the money to buy Roborock. Roborock with advanced mapping features.

7. Q5 Pro

This robot is a great choice to consider if you're looking for a robot that can handle regular daily maintenance as well as touch-ups to messy water stains. It has a range of features such as a self-emptying dustbin as well as a dock that can be used to refill water, and adjustable settings through the app. It is surprisingly quiet and easily moves around furniture legs or socks. It's unable to pick up the tangled tassels of a rug and its battery drains faster than other models we tried.

The Q5 Pro, with a price of less than $250, is a beast that comes with a powerful suction and convenient automation in a sleek design. It didn't perform as well in our vacuuming and mopping tests as the much more expensive Roborock S8MaxV Ultra, but it still did very well overall. It has a variety of cleaning modes, ranging from the quiet mode with low power' for light debris to the incredibly powerful 'Turbo mode' for carpeted areas. It will even automatically remove and reattach the mop pads, without getting your carpets soaked.

8. K10 Plus

The K10 Plus is an excellent robot vacuum cleaner best vacuum and mop that can be used even in small spaces. It's quiet and quick and does a good job of maneuvering around tight spaces. It's also extremely effective at removing pet hair off carpets.

It's smaller than its rivals however, it doesn't compromise any features. It has a decent suction capacity and can be set to take pictures of every object it picks (i.e. chew toys, socks), and mark them in the app as "not located' so that they are not picked up again during future cleanings. Its photos are encrypted, and not tied to you account.

It does a fantastic job of vaccuming, but it isn't quite as efficient at mopping. It makes use of disposable wet wipes that you clip onto the bot's bottom, and it essentially drags them around your floor. Compare this to the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra or Narwhal which have water reservoirs and will automatically wash and attach their mophead.
