It also has some outstanding notable features, like the self-emptying dust bin, a mop pad that's self-washing and adjustable to the temperature of the water, and a side-reaching sweeper brush that is able to reach places that other mops don't. You can also customize the settings for each room and create cleaning schedules.

Like the S8 It also has multi-room smart mapping, and can distinguish between laminate flooring, carpets and hardwood flooring with high-pile rugs. If you're looking to cut down on time, it can skip mopping in rooms that aren't soiled. It's an excellent option when you have a mix of flooring in your home and do not want to invest the extra money on the Roborock with advanced mapping features.

7. Q5 Pro

This robot is a great option to consider if you're looking for a versatile robot that can perform regular daily maintenance and touch-ups for wet messes. It comes with a variety of features such as a self-emptying dustbin, a separate dock for refilling water, as well as adjustable settings that can be adjusted via the app. It is surprisingly quiet and easily moves around furniture legs or socks. It's smaller than many of its competitors however it doesn't sacrifice any features. It has a decent amount of suction power and it is able to take photos of each object it picks up (i.e. chew toys or socks) and mark them as 'not found' in the app so that they don't get taken up in subsequent cleanings. The photos are secure and are not connected to your account.
