Size

Midi beds with storage are typically smaller than high sleepers and come with a ladder or staircase that is shorter, this makes them ideal for smaller rooms. They are made up of only a single UK mattress and include a range of useful pieces underneath. From a clever desk that slides out to an open cupboard ready for totes, to stylish drawer storage that is smooth and has no wobble operation.

A lot of our midi cabin beds are available in a variety of finishes, so you can pick the one that will suit your child's bedroom most. Some even include various bespoke storage unit. The desk can be moved between two units on wheels. There are also four drawers for storage, and two cupboards that are equipped with doors. The Eli F takes it to the next level with doors that match the color of the foot and headboards.

The Luna low-line loft bed or Midi-storage bed is small, and comes with everything you need. A ladder that is able to be rotated, a desk on wheels that slide between the two, and three drawer cabinets and a chest are all included. You can also have it made in reverse configuration, for example the ladder on the left. You can ask for this in the store or indicate this request at the checkout.

Some midi loft beds that have storage come with a desk already integrated into the bunk (as shown in the image above) and others, like our Luna midi bunk have the ladder positioned on the right-hand side, so that the desk can be positioned at the left (please inquire in the store, by phone, or in the comments section while checking out if this is important to you).

It's important to note that many midi loft beds that have desks require the standard UK single mattress (3ft/90x190cm) with an slatted wooden base. The cost of the bed does not include the mattress. We recommend looking at our mattress deals to find one that is within your budget.

It has a low level staircase that can be turned it to be turned into a desk that slides into and out of the way on wheels, two drawers, and a cabinet with a door all included. Mattress

Most midi beds accept standard UK single mattresses and the top bunk is equipped with a safety rail that gives you extra peace of mind. Some models have the option of a pull-out trundle drawer which can be used to host sleepovers or to create more storage space beneath the bed. They can be either open or fitted with doors (please look at the product's details for more details).

A lot of midi cabins have desks that can be moved between the two upper levels or chests of drawers. This gives children the space they need to store all of their belongings. This also means they don't need to take up floor space with bulky shelving or wardrobes.

Some models have gone a step further with cabinets that are flush mounted or is part of the headboard/footboard. This is ideal for storing books and toys.
