World of Warcraft Item Upgrade and Set Bonuses
The item upgrade is a form of enchantment that increases the stats in certain weapons or armor. This includes tertiary stats like Leech or Speed.
A special evolution item that allows Porygon to evolve into Porygon2. This item can be found at Pokestops or Gyms.
Universal upgrades can be used on any type of equipment and provide smaller bonuses than other components that are equipment-type specific.
Leveling
The upgrade system allows players to improve items by increasing their level. The increase in level also increases the item's "guaranteed" bonuses. Each level upgrade adds bonuses based on the tier and increases a stat by +3. These extras range from a +3 to a +1 bonus, to an unspecified buff.
Each item can be upgraded a certain number of times. However, after an upgrade the item is able to be re-transferred to a higher-leveled item that is of equal or greater value.
This system is useful for players who want to acquire gear with a certain level of stats prior acquiring the new item upgrades. The transfer system enables players to avoid the waste of upgrade material and is easy to use.
Upgrade materials are collected as a player clears content and can be used to enhance or replace an item. Every item requires a distinct type of upgrade material. Weapons require Destruction stones, while armor items require Guardian or Harmony Leapstones. When an item is upgraded, the materials are renamed. For instance, Stone Fragments becomes Stones and Harmony Shards becomes Life Shards.
It is crucial to upgrade items to increase the performance of a character. However it is also crucial to consider how much this will cost. Every time an item gets upgraded, it will cost an amount of gold that could be better spent on an entirely new piece of equipment. This cost is the reason why it is Best item upgrade to only Upgrade item the most essential items in any given circumstance.
This usually means upgrading the weapon first, then the legs and chest before the helm. Upgrade trinkets at this time when the player has the funds to do this. This will maximize the potential of their procs. Upgrades to a top-quality Throne of Thunder item may be worth it due to the increased damage it could cause. However, some trinkets aren't worth upgrading as long as they provide a significant upgrade in a particular build. This is particularly true of some breakpoint gear that are used to calculate high-value stats such as IAS or FHR.
Rerolling
Rerolling is a technique that lets players change the stats of a weapon, armor or ring based on the kind. It can be used to replace bonuses or to add new ones. It can also change the power of the base item.
Rerolling is an excellent way to boost your strength in the early stages, but it's not necessary. Once you've reached your goal of upgrading to level 6 generally, you should go down and look for the most powerful upgrades you can or save for the next set of items. This will ensure that you have a solid collection of items by the time you hit the level 9 upgrade goal.
The process of rerolling is similar to the level-up system. Reroll tokens can be used to remove any one Level Up option from your item and then exchange it for another. Reroll tokens like Level Up do not reset an item's level. This means that when you roll an upgraded item, it will no longer be at the same level and won't have its additional bonus.
Players can also make use of an additional mechanic, Eliminate, to remove any Level Up option they have on their equipment or weapons. This is useful when you've lost a gacha or you want to roll an item that has five stars. You'll need to create an account from scratch or sign in via social media.
In the same way, there is an Occultist in every town that can be visited to alter a weapon or armor's Aspects and/or stats. This is helpful if you want to enhance your epic five-star unit or when your four-star elite character is causing you problems.
Another method of rerolling an item is using the rerolling tokens obtained by completing quests. They can be bought from the Occultist for 300 gold, or they can be found in the holozon boxes that are dropped after the completion of certain dungeons. You can roll any weapon, armor or ring by moving the icon on the page of your unit and locking the lock in the desired slot.
Sets
A set is a group of items that are similar in some way. Sets are used every day, such as a dozen eggs or a set of friends. Sets are helpful in organizing things and using operations such as intersection, union and differences to manage them effectively. Sets can be used in a variety of different ways, from organizing music on a playlist to classifying students by their grades.
In Nioh the game, Sets are used to provide special effects when players wear armor from a specific armor set. These bonuses, known as Set Bonuses, are similar and sometimes superior to Effects. Although it is not explained how the armor sets need to be worn together to create these effects they are a good way to change things up when playing the game. The armor sets that have Set Bonuses are available in several places throughout Hyrule, including the Dark Moon and Twilight Temple.
Set Bonuses are a part of each piece of equipment within the Set. You can find out which ones these are by hovering over the item and then looking at the tooltip at the bottom. Set Bonuses are presented in a box with the red border.
Certain of these Set Bonuses are specific to a particular piece of equipment. If you have the complete Phantom Armor set, you will get +8 defense (instead of the standard +3 defense you get with most equipment). Other sets are only available by completing certain quests or buying them through the Auction House.
It is possible to earn Set Bonuses on multiple pieces of equipment simultaneously. For instance, if you own the entire Kestra's Descent set and the matching parts of the Twinblade of Shadow you will get the + version of the set's bonus if you soul meet it.
Set Bonuses remain the same, even if the equipment to which they are connected increases in level. If an item's exemplar is too low, then the set bonus will not work.
Set bonuses
Set bonuses are a special effect that are available on a set of gear which can provide a boost in battle. They offer a specific percentage of a specific attribute, such as weapon damage or defenses or resistances. However, they do not stack; only one can be active at any given time. The amount of an attribute is determined by the number of pieces included in the set. For example you can have three weapons and four chests, but only one of them will be useful.
They generally boost the primary stat of a piece, but they also boost secondary stats also. Defense bonuses boost three defensive positions and two types of defenses, so for example the full five-piece set of Hundings Rage will add up to around 400 defense in your equipment. This is a significant increase in the gear you use as a melee.
This is a fantastic feature and one of the most well-known in the game. Currently only a few sets of gear have set bonuses. They are only available on the Test Realm. However, this number is likely to rise once the update is out. The bonus will be added to the 7 school specific Dragoons gear, as an example.
While Set Bonuses do not stack within a set, they do stack between different sets. This is great for players who want to mix sets in the most efficient way. It requires some planning. Set bonuses only affect the shell (not the armoring or mods) of an item of equipment, therefore you must be cautious when putting them in.
It is important to remember that the amount of a set's bonus will not change even if your exemplar is higher than three levels below the minimum required for an Enhancement. Purple (Very Rare) Sets PvP sets, sets for PvP and Archetype Origin sets are exempt from this rule, and their set bonuses function regardless of the exemplar level of an item.
